QUEEN MOTHER

Created during a two-week winter residency at Le Vallon du Villaret, an outdoor nature and contemporary art park for children, QUEEN MOTHER is a suspended wooden sculpture built to withstand the harsh, mountainous weather conditions of Lozère. Composed of several articulated modules, the piece was originally drafted using Lego bricks before being scaled up for its natural environment.
